Ginzinger Mission 20.43
Hardworking, honest, reliable, ambitious, achieving the best for our customers. These words sound old-fashioned to many. But it is precisely these values that have made us what we are today - one of the most successful family-owned companies in the Innviertel region.
In our mission 20.43, we will offer solutions in 20 years that are unthinkable today. For this exciting journey into the future, we need the best employees.
We don't take everyone.
Only the best.
You.

Our employees at Ginzinger
Long-termguarantors for our customers
01
Hubert
Hubert Schröckelsberger has been working for Ginzinger electronic systems in the field of test equipment construction for more than 17 years. His comprehensive know-how and many years of experience in the creation of test equipment and test systems make him a guarantee of success for our customers. For him, the good working atmosphere at Ginzinger is particularly important. "When the interaction with colleagues and superiors is right, work is fun. And it's also fun to work with the latest machines and equipment. It's gratifying that such great value is placed on state-of-the-art equipment."

Stefan
Stefan Schlägl is head of the THT department at Ginzinger. Despite the now high degree of automation, much at Ginzinger is still classic manual work. "The feeling for the correct handling of sensitive components and the trained eye to see whether a solder joint is good or bad can hardly be replaced by automated systems," says Stefan. "Our customers can rest assured that highly qualified employees ensure every day that their assemblies are comprehensively visually inspected, tested, mechanically assembled, ready for commissioning and shipped to them."

Michael
Michael Nobis graduated from the HTL Braunau in 2009 and is head of the customer service center at Ginzinger electronic system. After two internships during his time at the HTL, he was able to take a closer look at the company. He immediately felt very comfortable in the familiar environment. After HTL, he started at Ginzinger as a developer. After four years, he moved to the customer service center - the interface between customers and internal departments. Together with his team, he is responsible for preparing quotations and scheduling orders. What appeals to him most about his daily work is the wide range of tasks.

Why you can get ESD safety shoes from us ...
At a personal meeting in the house you immediately catch the eye. They are practical and comfortable and have long since become the trademark of Ginzinger employees. We are talking about ESD safety shoes at Ginzinger electronic systems. It is already rumored that Ginzinger electronic systems was the trigger for the trend that has been emerging on the streets for several summer seasons. The health shoes of a well-known German brand that starts with B are celebrating a brilliant comeback.
But all joking aside, there are of course no visual reasons why new employees at Ginzinger are handed a pair of white ESD safety shoes along with their work documents, Ginzinger shirt and access tag. It's about something much more important: protecting the customer products that are developed and produced at Ginzinger.
One may now ask: How do you protect highly complex electronics with the help of sandals?
